Becoming a bit of a joke now this is, even though it's only been put back by a week.
Apparently the Russian was late in submitting the medical papers, when they did get around to it the majority of it was in Russian and when they had it translated it became apparent that they were not complete.
He's fighting in Scotland rather than Cardiff now.
I like BJS and think he is a quality slick boxer..he must surely have a better 2017.

Sounds like it's utterly unprofessional from the Russians if they have submitted a half completed medical in a different language
I think the lagoon centre in Paisley will only be set up for around 2000-2500 max , covered a few bills in there and there has been over 1000 people but loads of the floorspace was taken up by tables as part of the ticket deal (dinner drinks etc)
