James Webb Space Telescope
Scheduled to launch in October 2018.
If successful, it will clarify many deep-space objects such as globular clusters and star-forming areas in our galaxies, and galaxies at the edge of the universe.
We'll take a closer look at red dwarf stars like Proxima Centauri and be able to clarify distant multiple star systems. We'll see the surface of the Solar System's planets and moons in greater detail.
We'll probably even be able to see planets orbiting around stars!!!

Unless humans can engineer a machine to master the speed of light or even possibly warping space there is no way we can visit any of this places.
It's all interesting but I think it's an easy answer and all these other planets and solar systems we might discover are literally just rocks kicking round in space..no aliens..no other dimensions..just us on earth.
It could be that simple.
