Here are two perfectly able-bodied British fighters, with no love for each other, who the boxing world would love to see in the ring.... and yet they'd rather fight through Twitter. I guess it goes with the times, since that seems to be the preferred mode of doing business and/or trading insults nowadays. Maybe we boxing fans should just get on board. Let's see... who would I favor in a Twitter fight between Brook and Khan.... In that case, it's gotta be Khan. He's better known globally, I guess. Probably has the better Twitter following. Pretty good whiner, too. Remembering his epic crying over Floyd, trying every trick in the book to get Floyd to fight him. At least Khan's chin wouldn't be at risk here. I say Tweet on!! Saw the Khan interview on this morning. He says Brook has walked away from negotiations and doesn't want the fight. I don't believe that

If Brook did walk away from negotiations I can only imagine it being something to do with weight, maybe Khan is refusing to go up to fight and Brook can't get back down to 147.

Khan claiming he's the "A side" when he doesn't even have a belt is crazy talk as far as i'm concerned, maybe a few years ago but not now and if the fight was gonna happen in the USA then maybe he'd have more bragging rights but it's only gonna make serious money PPV wise and will sell more tickets in a bigger venue here in the UK.

Seems to me it's Khan deliberately pricing himself out of this knowing full well Hearn won't buckle - a kind of way to bottle the fight but keep some face if that makes sense ;)

Shame as it's a Brilliant matchup and a fight i'd still love to see.

in terms of boxing standing/ability/potential yes it deserves 50-50

maybe even more in kell's favour

but khan generates more money, why should he give some of that up? he has fought better fighters and has more fans

and his weak chin does contribute but also his race and his background

if he was fighting a journeyman would he give him half the proceeds?

I know kell is a long way from that, but as you step up the money generating ladder, does kell reach the kind of heights that khan does? therefore should kell only be worth the amount of money he attracts?
