IBF World Super-Featherweight Champion Gervonta Davis took to social media as talks gathered pace for his mandatory Title defence against Liam Walsh.
The 22 year old sensationally dethroned Jose Pedraza back in January to win the World Title and throw himself into superstardom in the process.

That would be a good fight. Davis is a cocky/confident fighter
I think that's a tougher fight for Davis than some might expect. Walsh is very solid.
Love to see a new star step up and willing to travel. But Davis gets hit quite a bit for me. Looks like a guy who's candle will burn at both ends, fast and furious.
I get the same feeling. 130 is a tough division and until he goes through Lomachenko he won't be top of the division. I'd like to see how he does against Salido.Quote:
