Is this just Typical tabloid journalism, I knew he could go do Jail... the Star says he is going to jail. Any grounds in this? Or is it just hear say.

It was Chris Eubank who advised Naseem over a two hour phone call to plead guilty at the hearing yesterday and ask the jury if he can still drive for charity events,looks like Chris has landed Naseem in the shit. Nice one Chris.

nah thts the sensible thing to do right he left the car there right with the plates on so they basically know he did it if he denies it hell get a more harsh sentence than if he owns up and shows some remorce

Although given bail, the judge told Naseem;
"Do not take bail as any indication that you will receive anything other than a custodial sentence"

That doesnt mean he will definately go down, all it means is that Hamed should not assume that being granted bail eliminates the possibility of prison.

Maybe, maybe not, I just put on record, the judges quote.
Personally I think a substantial community service punishment would be suitable, but then I was not seriously injured by a person who was guilty of dangerous driving....

Broken bones
The Recorder of Sheffield, Judge Alan Goldsack, adjourned the case until 12 May to allow pre-sentence reports to be prepared.
He gave the former world featherweight champion an interim driving ban and told him: "Do not take bail as any indication that you will receive anything other than a custodial sentence."
Previous hearings have been told how an occupant of one of the cars involved in the crash was in hospital for weeks after breaking several bones.
The court heard how the man, who has attended a number of previous hearings, was unable to come to court on Friday because he was in hospital for further treatment.
