Loma has moved past Chocolatito for best P4P fighter. Still think if they met earlier at a comfortable weight for both Rigo would have beaten him. But nobody else his size does.
From what i saw last night Lomachenko is IMO the #1 P4P fighter at present.
Iv'e NEVER seen anyone move like he does, his footwork is insane!
True Fact - Loma's Dad (highly rated trainer) taught him to box from age 4-9 years then from 9-14 years made him go to dancing school then age 14 years pulled him out and said "Now your ready to be the best fighter boy" and went full on with him back into boxing.
If Michael Jackson and James Browns feet had a love child it would be Lomachenko.

I see Loma as what people thought Pacquiao was. In that Pac moved so fast people thought he had good footwork. But he didn't, he just had fast feet. He was always, always off balance. But Loma does those same moves and does it with proper balance. It's a treat to watch him disarm his opponent from 24 inches away.Quote:

Loma's loss against Salido is one of the most misleading bogus pieces of form in the history of boxing. I would literally back him to beat Salido with one hand now.
However, it was also THE best thing that could happen, as not only was it a wake up call about pro boxing (Salido cheating with the weight, roughhousing him all night, subtle skills can get ignored against brute pressure) but he is now fully aware that to get mass attention in boxing you need to excite fans in the ring (sparkos and/or viciously beat the shit out of opponents) and be a character outside it.

When Sosa was giving it to him that showboating stuff - when he took the piss by mimicking the punches missing him - was brilliant. And if anyone has followed his twitter/instagram you can see he's certainly not shy, a funny funker.
Sosa is a top tier fighter too which makes this all the more astonishing.Would pay to see Rigo Lomo at a catch.
