If Andre Ward beats Kovalev again he is the best P4P fighter in the world today.
If Canelo beats GGG he is still not the best P4P fighter in the world today.
What in your opinion (ignoring weight) makes Kovalev a better, tougher boxer that GGG..or perhaps vice versa?
Discuss.

They are pretty close in skill level. I think Kovalev hits a little harder p4p while I think GGG has a bit better of a jab. Kovalev and GGG have some problems with movement, but I think that Kovalev tends to deal with it about better. He closes the gap better IMO.
But to answer, ward is the best p4p fighter if he beats Kovalev because he has already proven that he belongs there. If canelo beats GGG then he proves that he deserves to be named a top 10 fighter, but will have abbot more to prove to be named the top fighter.
It doesn't really matter though because he won't win.
