Is it really unhealthy if you arent getting 8 to 9 hours of sleep a night? Just wondering, I usually dont get that much, but if it is a big deal, I will change my sleeping habits.

Yes definetly, i use to sleep from about 1/2 AM to 7 AM and working out was impossible and felt like i was training with concrete blocks on my feet, a good amount sleep is essential.
