Canelo's stamina and Loma's December opponent?
I've always viewed the issue for Canelo vs GGG to be that Canelo doesn't like to fight the full 3 minutes. GGG does tremendous damage quickly if his opponent tries to rest by not punching. Does anyone think Canelo will be able to fight 3 minutes of every round now that he has moved up?
It seems as if Loma will fight again in December. I'm sure you are all aware I am not a fan of the matchmaking strategy of network-date-venue-opponent. I greatly prefer opponent-network-date-venue. Supposedly most of the details for a Rigo fight are sorted, we can assume all of the details are sorted with Salido, as far as we know none of the details are sorted with Berchelt. So am I right to assume it won't be Berchelt, it might be Rigo but will probably be Salido?(the 3 names they are currently giving)

I genuinely think that GGG will give Canelo a beating throughout the fight. Saul is sturdy and durable so will take a prolonged beating which will shorten his career.
Re: Canelo's stamina and Loma's December opponent?
I used to think that GGG would just destroy canelo. I still thinks he wins but I do think that GGG has slowed down a tad and canelo is a bit better fighter. if this fight happened two years ago, I think GGG destroys him. Now, I think it's a comfortable win for him.
I like when fighters stay active. I do agree though that I'm not that into it when their activity includes lesser opponents. If you fight four times a year I give you two lower quality opponents as a pass. After that, your activity becomes worthless.
Re: Canelo's stamina and Loma's December opponent?
I always thought it an easy GGG win, but he didn't look that good in his last 2 fights. I was a bit surprised by the lack of output against Jacobs. It just looked like Jacobs was able to humanise him somewhat. Canelo isn't all that, but he is progressing as a fighter. I hope GGG stops him, but it's a little bit less one sided than I originally thought. GGG can only decline, whilst Canelo can only improve.
