I smoked from the age of 13 and I quit about 18 months ago, moved onto the vaping I did.
I still have smoke when I'm having a drink with me mates and if I do randomly fancy one I don't beat myself up about it.
I've gone from 20 a day to about 1 or 2 every few weeks.
I smoked mint ciggs skiving from school.

Rolling up some good old ganja really helped me during those first weeks to avoid that fatal ciggy that was making me fall back every single time. It's been three years now without tobacco (and ganja consumption is negligible too).
Since then I've saved about 4000€.
