An IN SHAPE and SOBER Tyson Fury....
That's who I want to see in the ring, asap. Can the big lump get it together, or do you think he is retired for good?
I don't envision a good version of Fury until early to mid 2019. Too long a lay off, plus it takes a while to get sobered up properly.
But, man don't I want to see him fight again and soon.
I feel some early comeback fights against Price, Helenius would do him justice. Maybe step up to a Jarrell Miller or Dereck Bryant.... and then move on to one of the champs IF they still have the belts. Parker is the most vulnerable of the three, but Wilder and Joshua- unless they fight in 2018- are gonna be champs for a while.
Re: An IN SHAPE and SOBER Tyson Fury....
I think Tyson Fury is past it and he will never get back into the mental and physical condition he was when he became champion.
Fury is at least 18 months away from getting in the physical condition and fighting momentum to put up a serious challenge to AJ. I do not think he can stay emotionally stable for that period of time.
Time is ticking for the Fury too.

We're into the realms of the unknown with Fury as he has been off too long.
It might have been easier to predict had he kept himself in shape, but not only has left himself go physically, he's shot mentally too.
It's going to be a long way back for Fury & I'm not certain he ever will return.

Wasted talent in more ways than one.

A slow return with an easy fight, a top 30 guy, and a top 10 guy next year before a run at AJ in 2019 would be the way to go but I don’t think he has it in him.
If he comes back he will take a soft fight then go directly for the payday. It won’t end well and he’ll retire with his millions

If he takes your first route he would make multi-millions.

He’ll be back but won’t be in shape and will just be for the pay day.
Like Hamed we’re going to be short changed by his career.
Real shame as the Fury who beat Wlad would beat AJ imo.

Yeah, but Ron is saying what you're saying. He hasn't got it in him to take the first route, so he will try the other.

Sadly I think you're right, its not about the belts, its about the money.
Re: An IN SHAPE and SOBER Tyson Fury....
Working to maintain the top can be more daunting than getting there. Fury finally made it and said..nope I'm good thanks, pass the cheese. Unfortunately for some I don't think he'll make it back again. That whole action over words thing.

Quite disappointing.... Why to British fighters get all sissified? Bruno was a REAL man. Lennox was ok, but could have fought Vitali one more time. But Haye, Harrison and the lot are just wankers.

An IN SHAPE and SOBER Tyson Fury....
Does that guy even exist anymore?

Dunno if anything Harrison was too tough for his own good, problem was he wasn't that good. Now Haye well he was just a big twat with a bad work ethic.

Well.... you make a good point there. Question is did he ever exist?
