A deadly new strain of bird flu threatens to become a worldwide pandemic, health officials warn.
Britain’s deputy chief medical officer Jonathan Van-Tam says the strain, which has already killed one-third of infected patients in China, could be the feared Disease X, an unknown pathogen that could cause an international health crisis.

We go through these end of the world viruses quite frequently but looking at the worlds history you know it could happen. I read an article about why drug companies have hard time creating vaccines for certain things, I wish I could remember what it said. I can search of course but it’s late now. I need to look into this as I think my wife has a business to China they may want her to keep despite the move

Sorry I meant my wife has a business trip to China not a business in China. It may get canceled so she won’t be the one bringing back pandemic x.

Bubonic plague supposedly in Idaho???. We're bringing back the classics. Wouldn't a pandemic be the worst way. Although down power grids in the middle of the City are pretty SHTF'ish. People go prehistoric surprisingly quick.
