Is it possible to "program" corned beef?

I saw a guy doing Java and C plus plus and he was trying to program some stuff. But then he grabbed a sandwich. I asked him what type of a sandwich it was and he told me it was corned beef. the next thing I know he starts to type with his fingers on the corned beef some dashes and dots and ones and zeros and I asked him what the hell he was doing he said he was trying to program the corned beef. Since I am not a programmer or know anything about it I have to ask everybody here on this forum:

Is it possible to "program" corned beef?
