Who is currently the best at 175?
Who is the best at this time?
Dmitry Bivol
Adonis Stevenson
Oleksandr Gvozdyk
Badou Jack
Eleider Alvarez
Artur Beterbiev
Marcus Browne
Anthony Yarde
I'd say Dmitry Bivol. I think he'd out-box Eleider Alvarez (who I rate as the second-best) for a clear decision win.

Agreed.
Re: Who is currently the best at 175?
We will see how Gvozdyk looks this Saturday. He could be top two. I would say Bivol for now but he hasn’t looked super impressive his last two fights. He still looks good but not at all unbeatable. I still think Alvarez is a bit overrated. I never thought he looked that good and got fortunate to fight a Kovalev who wasn’t what he once was. Beterbiev could be at the top if he were a bit more active.
So Bivol is top for me at the moment.
Re: Who is currently the best at 175?
I'd like to see a second or third gear and sense of exhilaration with Bivol. Breaks a guy down impressively but seems to settle in and get a bit predictable in last couple. Alvarez knows he belongs now and has some serious tools and focus. If Stevenson loses and think he will I can see him calling it a day.

Bivol is kind of like caught in the middle of spectrum between What kovalev was and what beterbiev is. He doesn't have Kovalev's ferver / ruthlessness. But he doesn't appear to have beterbiev's wandering indifference/complacency. I'm sure he could probably get mean late if someone drove him to it and was fading. Hes just going to be very controlled unless there's a lot of blood in the water.
Re: Who is currently the best at 175?
At the moment it's Alvarez for me, but if Gvozdyk is impressive this weekend he could take over.

I think Bivol, but we don’t really know unless he fights Alvarez or beterbiev. Not up on Gvoz to be honest, will have to see how he does against Stevenson, who I think looks half done.
