New Year's Resolutions

What are your New Year's Resolutions?

I actually kept my resolutions for last year: to eat more wisely, to lose weight (I lost 18 pounds and so I'm now just a few pounds overweight), and to spend more time outdoors hiking and birding in larger parks, despite my advancing age. According to my last check-up and blood test results, I am healthier now than I was a year ago. Despite being a year older, I feel younger.

My resolutions for 2018 are:

1) to lose those last few pounds and get my weight below 180, and
2) to be kinder and more patient with others.

My resolution is to try and maintain better focus on my current personal goals and just try to improve in every direction I can. That may sound broad and unattainable but I just want small continued sustainable progress and the goals will be achieved.

do some charity work

Well if you are not going to eat meat then Memphis suggestion is not going to work.
