Lennox Lewis taking on the keyboard warriors
Lewis has been getting a load of flack over recent weeks about his apparent anti AJ comments. So much so that he's written an article setting the record straight.

For what it's worth, to me he comes across like any one of the 'just make the fight' imbeciles who know that it's Hearn/AJ at fault for all the Worlds problem. Which is a shame given that he should know better. Really badly written too.
Is Lewis on the money? Is he a knobber who's got a chip on his shoulder because AJ knocked him back when he turned pro? Contractually obliged to big up Wilder?

I'm far too drunk to know what we are talking about but I reckon Fielding knocks out Lewis
Re: Lennox Lewis taking on the keyboard warriors
Everyone knows these guys are calling all hands on deck, stalling negotiations to prolong fieldings takeover of the hw division. Such a damn shame.
Re: Lennox Lewis taking on the keyboard warriors
Article's a bit long so I sort of skimmed through it. I happen to agree with his points. He's being diplomatic in his criticism of the Joshua camp, giving praise as needed while at the same time disagreeing with some things.
Given his job used to be professional boxing, I got no problem with his writing either.
Re: Lennox Lewis taking on the keyboard warriors
The article is a fair assessment that AJ, Wilder and Fury are the top 3 heavyweights at the moment. Out of these 3 AJ is the best and getting better with each fight.
The onus is on AJ to make the unification and have the power to do it but his delay has allowed Fury to prevent that matchup.

Hearn is a horrible slimy used car salesman type.
I can't help but feel he does not want Joshua in with anybody too dangerous.
AJ - who is a very good fighter - has allowed himself to become an inaccessible, polished, media savvy cardboard cut out. It's a shame.

Or AJ is just hiding behind Eddie as an excuse.

I just don't see the evidence to support these arguments that get floated about. Yeah Eddies a slippery cunt, but aren't they all....The good ones? He's achieved so much in so little time, just to fuck around at the final hurdle because he/they somehow don't want to be involved in the biggest fight in British history, because they're scared? It's just bonkers to me how quickly the knives are out.
The polished, media savvy, puppet comments are a plenty. Again people will make their own minds up but I would have thought his time would have been better spent in the gym rather than finishing school. He's not polished, he for the most part keeps his gob shut and when he does speak he tries to be decent. I prefer this approach to ranting and raving about killing people and making the same video on a daily basis calling every Tom Dick and Harry a dosser.
