Khan would claim to be top 10 p4p all time. And although I say that jokingly I think he actually would :-\
If Manny is good enough to beat Thurman then he would destroy Khan who is levels below now. There is no chance Khan can win.
If the fight happens its because Khan is a dead easy fight for Manny. How the fuck would he win? No interest in seeing it.

It’s nothing to trouble with. There are particular skills that trouble Manny, defending and taking advantage of PACs aggression. Khan does not possess this ability. His defensive instincts are horrendous. When Manny is off balance from a clumsy charge he won’t be catching a stiff counter. He will be landing the 4th punch of a combination.
I think we would all say that Pacquiao just got old overnight because Khan is not beating a normal Pacquiao
