Alvarez v Arce no longer title bout

Rosendo Alvarez weighed in at 115lbs, three lbs over the lightweight limit. This turns his bout with Jorge Arce into a "special attraction" bout instead of the title fight it was suppose to be. Alvarez will have to weigh in again before the bout, he has to weigh in at 122lbs or less or the bout will be canceled.
