Watching old Randal Cobb fights- how sad!
Well, this is what the cessation of boxing has done to me. That and this lockdown. It has me watching old Randall "Tex" Cobb fights. IN THEIR ENTIRETY. LOL...
Watched him fight Earnie Shavers yesterday and in the middle of watching his fight with Leon Spinks. lol... kinda entertaining.
;D

Cobb was the quintessential character. Talk about a guy who far exceeded his skill limit. Good kickboxer too. His scrap with Patrick Swayze is one of his most underrated :-X.
Stumbled upon his roast of Larry Holmes a few months ago ;D

Hello everybody, I want to say hi and I like this topic. Randall Cobb took too many punches and I saw a few of his fights. It is sad but so did Chuck Wepner. It's a part of life and boxing. Even though it's hard to watch, it's why we watch! (I know it sounds brutal.) It is sad.

It really was brilliant. Cracked me up. We really don't have anything like a 'Roast' (unless you count Roast Beef and Yorkies) over here. I think the first time i heard of it was the Episode of Family Guy when Peter cried after his ;D. Cobb is a funny guy

Let us try to remember the good times (not this decision of controvery of the video) but that he (Cobb) had some bright moments in career:
