Charlo has said he will knock Benavidez out, make the fight. His trainer says he won’t be going to 168 except for Alvarez. Everyone knows Alvarez is not fighting him so talking of that is absurd. Benavidez is the best fight AVAILABLE. GGG won’t fight him, there’s got to be some Euro with 3 KOs for GGG. Benavidez is there. Charlo is looking at leaving absolutely no legacy. Fighting stiffs at 160, no matter how many stiffs, proves nothing.
Canelo has already said he won’t fight Mexicans and he certainly won’t fight any Blacks with a hint of Boxing IQ.

My defense of his double talk....call it the Ali syndrome. Too many fighters the past 2-3 decades think they have to talk trash to make fights happen. before Ali, boxers shook hands at the weigh in, chatted a bit.
Now they trash talk. Onlhy difference was Ali backed his talk up by fighting every top guy at their peak, not on Ali's time. Mayweather up to Charlo, they all talk more than they fight.
