Eating too much of the same item?
Well, I have been eating the right foods, and I have noticed a major difference as in how long I can last when I do my daily runs, workouts, etc, etc. BUT, ive been pretty much eating the same kind of fruits, grains, vegetables, and I am a little picky, so I was wondering if its a bad thing to be eating the same stuff over and over everyday. I dont mind it, Ive been doing it for a while now, I was just wondering if there is anything wrong with eating the same healthy foods over and over?

i ahve the same breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, its been going on like this for a few years ;D
After bodybuilding you stop seeing food as something to enjoy, more of "protein, carbs, fats"...
I just mix it up everynow and again by throwing in some different ingredients once in a while or trying a new recipe.

Same here, Breakfast and Lunch are pretty much exactly the same every day. For dinner I just eat the same types of food... :D
