Who should Tyson Fury fight next?
TYSON FURY could turn to Andy Ruiz Jr as a summer opponent in the UK after talks with Oleksandr Usyk collapsed.
Bob Arum told Cornerman Boxing: “He’s been in Italy on vacation with his family.
"He’s back in England, and we’re talking to him, and we’re looking for the best available guy for him to fight this summer in the UK.
“Maybe it’ll be Andy Ruiz or somebody like that.”
Ruiz was last in action in September, beating Luis Ortiz over 12 rounds which put him in line to face Deontay Wilder.
But the title eliminator failed to materialise, with Wilder instead linked with a crossover bout against ex-UFC champ Francis Ngannou, 36.

Re: Who should Tyson Fury fight next?
Who is interested in Wilder v Ngannou? And I’m not interested in who Fury’s fighting either, until he steps through the ropes.
Bunch of piss taking time wasters.
Re: Who should Tyson Fury fight next?
At the risk of being both negative and redundant...who cares ;D. But lemme just say that the sight of both Fury and Ruiz in a ring, sweating and muffin tops slapping together, the grunting. Well it may just be too much to witness. Bit like two guys wearing those half-inflated sumo costumes. And I was honestly looking forward to Ruiz vs Wilder. Think it would be a helluva fight. As for duck-duck Fury he'll get some in house cooking with an opponent to be determined but be surprised if it's Ruiz.

EDDIE HEARN appears to have leaked Tyson Fury's next opponent ahead of the summer.
Hearn, who represents Joshua, is adamant the 34-year-old will be back in action this summer.
And the heavyweight superstar's opponent will be none other than Andy Ruiz Jr, whom he expects to face on July 22.
When asked about Fury's next opponent, Hearn told Boxing King Media: “Andy Ruiz, July 22.”
Hearn added: "AJ wants to fight in the summer, we want him to fight.
"But at the same time he’s being spoken to about potential fights with Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury in December where maybe the people involved with those fights don’t want him to have another fight. And contractually he might not be able to.
“There have been no negotiations at all about this fight but I’m flying out there next week because there have been some discussions.
"I’ll tell you now, subject to the deal which will not be a problem with these people because we’ve done various fights with them, AJ will fight Deontay Wilder or Tyson Fury in December – no problem at all.
"July, I can’t tell you about. I want him to fight. Derrick James wants him to fight.
"I believe all those other fighters involved will fight in the interim. So I think it would be good if AJ did too.”

Wether you like it or nor, wether Eddie Hearn agrees or not, Fury will make a mug out of Joshua, no question. Is Joshua either greedy enough to take risky interim fights when he knows Fury will hammer him for his final payday? Or does he put himself at Furys negotiating mercy by clinging to the fact that he sells more tickets (a diminishing fact) and holding out to fight Fury only. Who knows, its all about hype and money. The only real fight out there is Fury Usyck, the public deserve it.

Zhang would be a good fight for Fury. Especially since he stopped the Juggernaut. Although I thought Joyce has triggered the rematch.

Bit confused ending a 12 hour day, so now carnival barker wants to fight Joe Rogan ??? Or Jon Jones? Wish he'd just pack it in to be honest.
Re: Who should Tyson Fury fight next?
The lure of Middle Eastern money has ruined this summer of heavyweight boxing. There would have been plenty of good fights if these boxer's were concerned about being active and securing their legacy.

Totally agree, I wonder if Football and Formula 1 have handled it better because they are 'team' sports, as opposed to boxing and golf, which are not????
Just a thought.

It’s not the lure of Middle Eastern money that has ruined this summer of HW boxing. It’s one arrogant fucker……Tyson Fury!
Usyk signed up for a fight in the U.K. on 30% of the purse. Fury stalled and talked bollocks.

He did? Never in my life have I seen a top challenger actually duck a fight with the champion. Boxing has turned into a joke man. A pure joke!
We talked shit about Lennox Lewis, but who would have thought we would be seeing the last great heavyweight in action in what may be a decade?

Accepted Fury did that but let us see if Usyk does take on Triple D or not.
Also AJ and Wilder could fight but they have put off their summer fights too.
