Heavy Bag + Stand Vs Century Bob (can't hang a heavy bag)

Thanks in advance;

I am an early-stage boxer - to clarify and be humble about it.

I am in regular sparring at my gym as the practice guy for the amateurs.

I want to take it more seriously and get a setup at home to continue my practice outside of the gym.

I don’t own my current place, and hanging a heavy bag from the ceiling isn’t an option.

Would it be better:

A - Heavy bag (100lbs) on a stand; or
B - Century Bob (standard, not XL).

I have much to learn here, so drop honest opinions or alternatives to the above.
