He won gold at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics... turned pro... then came back and won gold at the 2024 Olympics?

WTF is he on? Why on earth would he or anyone do that? That was a useless move, imo...

I think Wlad wanted to go back to amateur after he became world champ to try and win Olympic gold.

I always thought once you turned professional you could never go back to amateurs... something to do with pay for fighting. Why would we want professional fighters going up against guys with, oftentimes, less than 20 amateur fights? Seems like a recipe for someone getting hurt.
