Hatton Better Not Overlook Collazo
Collazo is the much bigger man and has fought at a higher weight than Hatton thought his career. Hatton is only 5'6" and while he can punch and has a good workrate, how will he fair at welterweight against a very game opponent. I honestly think that this will be the toughest fight of his career, and I would not be surprised if Hatton suffers his first loss. m keeping my money in my pocket for this one.
Re: Hatton Better Not Overlook Collazo
He may have the experience at the weight but I don't think it will physically affect hatton, Hatton's always had to dry up alot to make lightwelter

Hes only moving up one weight, it doesnt matter. It only means that he doesnt have to lose weight to make 140 anymore. Hatton late KO.
Re: Hatton Better Not Overlook Collazo
I don't see Hatton as the type of fighter to overlook anyone.
From what I can tell he's pretty levelheaded and quite respectful of his opponents.
I definitely wouldn't pick against him... ...well, not until he runs into prettygirl.
Re: Hatton Better Not Overlook Collazo
Collazo is a good fighter but I don't think he has the stuff to beat Hatton. His only chance would to be o keep Hatton at bay and dictate the fight at his pace. I think he will be fairly sucessful in keeping Hatton outside and guessing for the first few rounds but Hatton will figure him out eventually. For a southpaw Collazo has next to no power in his left hand and he'll need his left hand to keep Hatton outside. He throws the lead right hook a lot and that's going to leave an opening for Hatton on the inside where Hatton will win the fight in the middle rounds imo.
I don't think Hatton is overlooking Collazo, but even if he was I don't think Collazo is to much of a threat.
Re: Hatton Better Not Overlook Collazo
I like this fight.
Collazo has a slicker style compared to than of Hatton's usual opponents.
I've always wanted to see Hatton in with this style of fighter.
I don't think Collazo has the power to hurt Hatton at all though.
I think the speed might give Hatton a little bit of problem for a couple rounds.
By mid-late rounds I see Hatton just steamrolling through him though.
