Who Was A Better Lightweight and Superfeatherweight: PBF or ODLH??

OK. Now Im not asking who is the better fighter now or who would win when they fight, Im just curious what people think now that both of them are far removed from Superfeatherweight, who was better at that weighclass. They both fought the best available fighters and both walked away with the wins although some were close. But, Who Was The Better Lightweight and Superfeatherweight?? My vote goes to Oscar because he fought some legendsm, beat Gerono Hernandez way before PBF got to him, and had a longer reign at that class. You could make a case for PBF cause of his wins over N'dou and Coralles.
