Tito Ortiz defeats Forrest Griffin??? WTF???

Tito beat his face in, in round one.
But the 'regular guy' from Columbus Ohio got through it, & beat him... flatout.

Ortiz couldn't put him away in the first.
When he had total control.
From then on it was all about Forrest Griffin.
His emotional "Let's GO!!!" war whoop going into the 3rd round, with a batttered to fuk face... intimidated the Huntington Beach BadBoy IMO.
Forrest was ready to throw.

He was still very dangerous, & IMO Tito couldn't seal the deal in the 2nd or 3rd, missing every shoot he attempted.

But I can admit when he has been beaten.

The decision was because the powers that be wanted the reality show guys to bring more 'common interest', but not acually fucking WIN!
Especially not beat a bad-ass like my boy Tito Ortiz.

Even though I've always disliked Tito I thought the fight could have gone either way. The third round was close and that was the deciding one since I thought Tito clearly won the first and Forrest won the second. WTF is up with the judge who gave Tito all three rounds though???

Just re-watched the fight. The third round was dead even, maybe even a little in Tito's favor until the takedown. That solidified the decision. Forrest never even scratched Tito, so if he was really dominating with stellar striking, I think there might be at least a small cut or something. Not to mention round 1 should've been 10-8. Tito won, no question.
