Just to clear this up Im not a leenox hater i admire his skills and smarts in the ring but i know alot of you guys from the uk love lennox, I love mike tyson or evander holyfield or other fighters along with lewis but that doesn not mean they could beat a prime ali, hes the greatest heavy weight in boxing that iI have ever seen

I saw a 13 stone Henry Cooper knock out Ali in his prime but due to some " controversial " events Ali got away with it . An 18 stone Lewis landing an overhand right non that same jaw would have had much more of an effect
Young Lennox had the endurance to go 15 rounds easy, and Ali never had a very high work rate and was boring to watch for the majority of most of his fights. Ali was fast for his time, but Lennox has a faster, harder jab and he is alot smarter than young ALi was in the ring. Ali never fought anyone with Lennox's skill back in his day.Quote:
