Opinions on this piece of kit

Not 100% sure i like it. It straps on round your body hence not encouraging you to put your whole body into the punch. From what i can see this only trains arm punches.

Anyone seen anything like this before?

prob be good for increasing punch stamina , not worth that much cash tho

Holyfield used to use one of those so it can't be too bad ;)

All you need is metre of elastic 15 mill rope Looped at both ends and the middle.Put a snaplink in the middle loop, it to a belt round your waste It works a lot better too Remember Bruno at camp with one said he paid 200 dollars for it when I showed him this idea he said,F;;k me Scrap Ive been done outa 200 qiud

Ive got something like that but it doesnt come with the chest thing. I just put it around a heavy pole or a big tree or something. Didnt do to much though, at least I didnt feel much burning or anything.

Everlast has something similar.
