I need two of you guys to tell me what you've done in terms of exercise over the last 3 days and what you've had to eat over the last 3 days. I can flesh it out but the quanititys of what you ate would be a real help :)

okey dokey
seeing i know my whole diet/training off the bat, here you go
breakfast
50g oats
1/4 mixed fruit
whey protein shake
am snack
chicken breast sandwhich
lunch
chicken breast
salad
new potatoes
PM snack
new potatoes with tuna
post workout
whey shake with water
50g oats
5 eggs (only one yolk)
(mix into a batter and make a pancake)
dinner
1 chicken breast
1/2 jar cooking sauce (low fat)
1/2 cup of brown rice
before bed
whey shake with milk
Training
1 hour of heavy weight training typically
1 hour of taekwondo

Hey Adam sounds a grind say hello to maff for me.
800am cup of tea (white), 2 wholemeal toast,marg,honey
900am cup of coffe (white,1sugar),1/2litre water
1030am 1/4 litre water, banana
noon chicken wholemeal sandwich,marg,tomato,1/4litre water
1pm 1 1/2 hours cycling, 1/4 litre water
3pm 1 penguin, orange,1/2 litre water
5pm 100g rice, 2 roast chicken breasts,1 green pepper,1 clove garlic,1/2 litre water,muller lite yogurt.
7pm 1 hour bodyweight circuit, 1/2 litre water
8pm ham and pickle wholemeal sandwich
9pm 2 pints lager
1030pm bowl ricecrispies,milk,honey
This is roughly the diet for the past 3 days give or take the lager and pieces of fruit. Age 32, weight 88kg,height 1.88m. I hope this helps.

1 more thing, could you give me a few variations, I have to say different things for most days. I can use my imagination and say change chicken breat into a lean beef steack or something but for the sake of realism could you give me a few ideas? :)

post workout meal could also be jacket potato with cottage cheese
dinner could be a large potato mashed with chives and spring onions served with turkey breast cooked in the oven with jamaican jerk spice
breakfast could be a large portion of scrambled eggs with a bowl of bran flakes

chicken curry with 100gs rice for tea.
turkey sandwiches
chicken and tomato sauce pasta,
lentil soup
waffles for breakfast
