I ain't saying he ain't the MAN at the division. There is no denying that and if he beats Kessler and Clinton Woods, then he definately be the MAN. But besides Kessler and Woods, Tarver and Winky/Taylor ain't in his division.

Since, Roy Jones never fought outside the US and never came to Europe to fight great European fighters, and for that you were never convinced on Roy Jones, then that's fine with me.

I have never said Joe wasn't a good fighter. I said in order for him to convince ME (not you, not brits, not mexico), to convince ME, he has to come to the US and fight a top American fighter.

What is so hard to understand about that?

I have never said that's the same for Americans, although America is the biggest stage for boxing.
