2008 Top Posters & Threads
2008 was a great year, I'd like to give recognition to Saddobox's top guys as well. I will list my top three in each catagory, this is to give props. List your top three.
Most Knowlegdable (Overall & on 1 fighter)
- CutMeMick (Overall)
- DaxxKhan (Overall)
- All the Pacsexuals (1 fighter)
Most Consistent (Involved in most/all threads)
- Chino
- TitoFan
- Miles/JtRock (undecided)
Top Prospect (Under 1,0000 Posts)
- Chino
- Manuel "Chubby" Medina
- Open
I'd like to do threads but I think this may be to hard to have to remember all the way back to the beginning of the year, but if someone can please post your favorites.
This is for fun, no disrespect to anyone I did'nt list.

Re: 2008 Top Posters & Threads
I don't really remember any threads that stand out, i think they've been alot of repeats in the last few months about Pacquiao/Margarito ETC. But i have been very impressed the quality in the Ask The Trainer board.
I've been reading alot of posts there lately and i started my own log, and by far they have some of the most knowledgable and detailed posts lately.
Guys like HitmanDonny/Chris N/Sharla/Scrap/Wesman/Trainer Monkey/Youngblood/Adam GB/ ETC. Basically all the guys and girls in the Ask The Trainer board have all made quality posts, and for me the best on this site in the last few months or so.

LOL to be honest mate im not that active in the Lets Get It On board. But your posts do often give me a giggle, and when you actually post seriously your a pretty clever person.
But sometimes you totally lose me, like that thread about evidence of Hobbits or whatever. You was debating with a few members. And i tried to follow it but i didn't really get most of it.

You are when it comes to stuff like that i was kicked out of school at 16, and i actually didn't properly do my work even when i was there. I never really concentrated or took much notice, i actually got the worse score in the year at Geography 18 out of 100 or something like that.
And my French was so bad i left that out completely and didn't even bother with it. Because i only knew like 8 words, yet they wanted us to write out a whole page of French and i thought the hell with this. When it comes to History/Maths ETC. Any stuff like that i have the mind of a 15 year old :-\

Don't feel bad about that, I was speaking to an 'allegedly' intelligent and educated person online today and they spelt 'menage a trios' as 'managitwa', seriously :-X

I doubt Preme is even aware of the term to be able to spell it wrongly.
Plus he'd have put a 'fuck' in there somewhere and a reference to how he's earning £24,000 a year

It's your call mon. To each his own and all that. All I can say is that if you are not satisfied with this state of affairs, then I believe it is within your abilities to do something about it, based on what I've seen here.

Im not too bothered about it im pretty happy with my life at the moment, i can spell and somewhat do punctuation. And i have decent logic and i know quite a bit about life, i don't really need to go college.
And even if i did i would suck ass and it would take up too much of my time to catch up, the last time i took school work seriously was when i was 15. My attendance record was round about 60 percent at one point. So that basically shows you that after awhile i didn't careless, i had much more other important things in my life i had to deal with.

So jot down your thoughts, or leave the thread alone, I dont want your rep or anyone elses. I'm simply making a fun thread, and like I said I know it hasnt been the first one about this thats been made, did you neg rep them also for not noting your amazing boxing knowledge? Your gonna cry for not being recognized on an online blog...pathetic.

LOL. I leave your thread alone. Next time put this in the spam section. This suppose to be for Boxing threads. Not "let's suck other posters dikks" threads.

Re: 2008 Top Posters & Threads
This post of mine is not exactly carefully thought out, but here goes...
I can really speak for who is most knowledgeable, obviously there are a few people who are very knowledgable in their own way. The following people get props from me. If I've left you out, it means nada.
CMM, for knowing his stuff, for making his posts interesting, for imparting his enthusiasm whether the topic is boxing, sex, or whatever.
ICB, for being objective in threads that are wide open to subjectivity
Diane, for sense of humor, the good ones are always taken, dammit. :D
Bilbo, for keeping me interested, for the occasional wickedly funny quip, and doing a decent job of supporting his opinions, wacky though they sometimes may be. ;D
Top Thread. Too many to mention.
Honorable Mention: To Saddo , for keeping this place going, providing us with lots of entertainment free of charge.
There are lots more posters that have gone unmentioned. All the best for 2009.

Hi OnixAA.
It's an interesting thread idea mate. For me the poster who stands out as winner of most of the important categories is myself.
I'm not saying this to be boastful, I'm just trying to view the forum from outside myself and imagine I am just a regular poster reading all the comments.
In such circumstances I think my posts would stand out to me above all the others, for both their comedic value, their originality, but also more than that, their profoundness.
I have touched on many important and sensitive issues and have enlightened many on here in subjects as varied as creationism, fantasy fiction, human values and anal hygiene.
I formed my own clan, of which many are still members to this day.
So I think you agree that in the following categories I am a clear winner.
Funniest Poster
Most Intelligent Poster
Most Original Thinker
Most Desirable
Man Most Members Would Like To Meet.
Thanks for taking the time out to agree with me on this.

What I like about Ask The Trainer,is theres allways something to learn, even if what you learn is"There's no way Im teaching somebody that" Boxing is a constant state of trying to learn the newest training techniques, and even if you dont want them in your gym, learning how to deal with it. Anybody who sits on their hands,is going to find the world passing them by. Not only can I pass on stuff Ive picked up in 30+ years of martial combat,I can pick up new ideas.
Never pass up a good idea even if the person is less experienced then you
Alot of guys do,when somebody mentions what they think would work as a good training technique,I just go quiet for a second and then say,"You know, thats a good idea"

Most knowledgeable has gotta be Moono, maybe OnixAA. :p
Most likely to masturbate himself to death, Bilbo.
For new poster I gotta go with holmcall, that poster has some good knowledge of boxing.

I don't self asphyxiate any more, my new thing is to take the seat off my stool and sit on the spike and wank. As I spin clockwise my ass screws into the stool and I get lower and lower. Then I spin the other way and come back up again.
It feels great. :)

It's just like a colonic although instead of flushing your colon with water you are inserting a big metal pole.

Cheers for the mention, though I would choose JT over me and probably put a heap of other people ahead of me too.
I stopped with the wacky predictions, but I flew off the edge a little too much for my liking. I can't believe I stooped so low as to call somebody out for not using full stops!! Will try to stop doing that this year. ;)
Loads of good posters here, so I dont want to make any lists of names and plenty of quality threads too.
