Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
The story is on sky sports news, Haye has had a shoulder operation and has been told he might not be able to box again. This is annoying news for Fury who's wasted time in his career for Haye. I am gutted this fight isn't Happening. Who's next for Fury then?

Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
I feel bad for Tyson Fury.
He's spent a lot of money on preparations, and now loses the biggest payday of his career.
-

Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
Haye couldnt live with losing to Fury. Takes any credibility he had away and any future major pay days!
He never really wanted the fight!
-
Tyson's "I told you so" interview will be fun to watch. No matter what you think about him you can't help but feel sorry for him, dunno where he goes from here tho?
-
Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
They KNEW that Haye would pull out from day one after the cut and organised a stand in opponent. Dont know who it is but must be a decent enough name to save a pay per view.
Haye never wanted it!
I pitty anyone who put their faith in Haye the fraud and paid out AGAIN on tickets, travel and accomodation.
Hes mugged all you naive fools again;D
-
Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
The comments on that picture are from a week ago:rolleyes:
This does suck and all, but if he had his shoulder reconstructed he can't exactly go on with the fight, or any. He is probably finished as a boxer by the sounds of it. Hopefully Fury can get a good replacement, maybe a rematch with Chisora or something?
-
Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
Its all bullshit. You watch in a few months or so Haye will announce he's all better and he's fighting James Toney in an eliminator for Vitali.
As of right now though...
Tyson Fury has retired David Haye:cool:
-
Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
Yeah, a bullshit reconstructed shoulder this time. Preach on Ross.
-
Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
Well, it trumps a reconstructed toe I suppose. How'd he injury the shoulder, sparring ???

How many more times does Haye have to pull out of fights before you all see your being made to look like fools;)
Haye has stalled the heavyweight division this year. We should have seen whether he was still a contender against Manuel Charr. We should have seen a new contender for Wlad out of a genuine foght between Fury and Pulev.
In other words, good riddance!
-
Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
3 excuses in a row. Bad back vs Charr, cut vs fury now a bad shoulder.
He's running out of body parts to make his excuses. We've already had little toe vs wvlad and how many times did he pull out if that fight before he finally gave his pathetic effort
We all knew this was coming including fury. Ppl who have bought tickets for February 8 th should have known better. Haye can never be taken seriously again
-
Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
What's this? David Haye pulling out of a fight and wasting people's time?
Should have retired after that terrible toe injury that made him fight like a coward and throw himself on the floor every time Wlad so much as looked at him.
I hope he does retire. Good riddance.
Twat!

I never gave a shit about the Haye-Fury fight in the first place, and nobody with half a brain would ever look like a fool next to you on a topic you're emotionally invested in. Maybe his body really is just falling apart, I don't disagree it's good riddance if he can't fight any more. It's a shame for Fury obviously, hopefully he gets a good replacement as I said.

Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
Lol @ Furys reaction
@tyson_Fury: I smell pussy is that u David I smell pussy is that u David ?? I smell pussy! I smell pussy!!@mrdavidhaye

Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
Its you're by the way, just considering you are trying to call people fools you might want to get that right. What would Haye possibly gain by pulling out of the fight twice intentionally in your mind Ross, how does that serve anything.
-
Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
i took cancellation insurance out on hotel this time luckily - now cancelling
dont care if there;s a stand in opponent I want a refund
not going to a fight again. The end

He doesnt get a loss to Fury on his record;)
-
Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
It is a bit sad for Fury, but at least he and the fans got plenty of notice this time.
As for Haye, maybe it is legitimate and he is calling it a day or maybe he has better offer on the table; Vitali?
-
Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
Great pity when injury ends your career, 5 hours under the knife that's a major injury,
can't see him fighting again,! I could do with new tarmac on my drive anybody free.;D

Don't let Hayes antics put you off going to boxing events. You're a smart guy Mark so I'm surprised you bought tickets for Feb. We all have bad days though so just learn never to buy a ticket to see Haye fight again ( and every boxing fan should do the same )
Fury vs wvlad instead?! The fights can be made now
-
Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
Who do you think the replacement will be ? Chisora rematch ? or one of these three?
Fury's Trainer Wants Wilder, Arreola or Stiverne on 2/8 - Boxing News
-
Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
Wasnt Wilder sposed to be lined up with Stiverne?
That leaves Arreola but really cant see him taking it if offered.
-
Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
I'd like to see Fury fight Bryant Jennings or Deontay Wilder.
I'd prefer he not fight Dereck Chisora again, he's been there and done that, it would be a step back for him.

i bought tickets for september orignally ! Just hope they do refunds if event still goes ahead with a stand in
-
Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
Chisora rematch now that would be good to see, both are in far better shape and better fighters. As long as it's a final eliminator I can see it happening and as it's Fat Mick I can see Warren relenting.
-
Price will get chisora first.
Haye will be back to get an old vitali late 2014.
Fury needs to just line up 3-4 fights for next year and stay fit!!!
-
Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
I can just imagine the shit that the likes of Dark Lord Al and Vendettos would have given Tyson Fury if he had got injured but here we have David Haye the 3rd time this year, second with Fury and its very quiet.
Silence is golden;D;)
-
Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
I'll bet you Dark lord Al and Vendettos would actually just rather the fight did happen, whereas you'd rather get a chance to gloat about something than watch boxing;)
-
Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
Scared into retirement by Tyson Fury. :shakehead: Sad
-
Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
To be honest I'd be tempted to put Fury in with for a tune up fight before the end of the year and focus on bigger names later. God knows who he'll fight next since I can't see Pulev's people wanting anything to do with him since Pulev won that eliminator. Maybe Thompson, Arreola?

It was nailed on that Haye was going to get battered by Fury. Why dyou think hes tried everything he could to get out of it;)
Haye was getting beaten up by his sparring partners, one of whome got knocked out by someone James Toney pushed 12 rounds this year and could have gotten the decision. Another just fought someone that Fury fought in his 16th fight even though they had 29 fights and had a couple of wobbly moments;D
Haye had a shit camp and whether you want to believe it or not the cut was orchestrated. They then hoped that team Fury would walk when they wouldn't agree to compensate if they pulled out again and now the only acceptable excuse is retirement and in good time to avoid the backlash again.
Its all bullshit. Haye wants the Vitali fight and miraculously he will heal next year and make yet another "comeback".
Fury has no blame here. Holyfield came back from rotator cuff surgery and gave Valuev a better fight n his mid forties than David Haye could in his twenties;D
-
Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
Fury would struggle to batter a cod fillet. If you seriously believe a heavyweight boxer is going to be afraid of Tyson Fury you are beyond help. Wlad never managed to batter Haye and yet Fury was going to ? The pair of you sound like Fury's bitches. Heavyweight boxing is a bit sparse at the moment but that is getting desperate. He should fight Perez or Thompson or Povetkin. Come on Fat Mick if Tyson is such a monster lets see him against a live body who is not a converted cruiserweight.
-
Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
Those are all good calls for Fury to fight Beanz, let's hope to see one of them pan out. All 3 would stop him as would Arreola, Wilder or Stiverne imo. I'll admit that if Tyson Fury was actually a good fighter I'd probably believe Haye wanted out of the fight by now, that's the main reason I don't.

Its disappointing to see the tribalism/nastiness coming out on this thread, something that is better suited to brain dead football fans.
Haye made good acheivements, two weight world titles, one undisputed, he made a monkey out of Warren with Enzo and Chiz (no mean feat for a pro boxer). Time will tell if 'Tyson' Fury acheives anything like that.

You actually believe this is all "Orchestrated" ?
I mean you actually believe still that Haye purposely got a cut and now has jumped into a hospital bed and hasn't had surgery but was infact pretending. ..? or are you suggesting he asked the docs to perform a 5 hour opp on his shoulder (which 100% has genuinely happened nust so you know) just to get out of a fight/massive payday that everyone who knows boxing knew he'd win?
Ross you are a dickhead, read above over and over until it sinks in and you'll realise what the majority of the forum thinks about you.
You even seem happy a cracking domestic fight is off.
You should join Eastside , you'd be welcomed ;-)

Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
Haye's heart was out of boxing since he lost to Wlad. It wasn't Wlad that retired him, but I believe he really just wanted to stay in boxing for a short time and then split.
He hasn't "really" disrespected the sport. He took it seriously when he had to fight. But we all knew he didn't want to be a fighter for the majority of his young life.
I say let him go. He did enough to satisfy him, and that's all that matters. Why stay in to get knocked out because you failed to take the mental aptitude to the fight game seriously!?!?
-
Re: Tyson fury - David Haye off, Haye told to consider retirement.
Again with the retirement
Fury should fight Stiverne for the WBC belt
