Figueroa-Burns/McDonnell-Kameda --- CBS/SKY. Fact.

Afternoon card in the States so primetime - during the Joshua bill on Sky - for the UK.

I think it's possible both the Brits will get stopped. McDonnell has been skating on thin ice at world level (imo). Kameda looks pretty good and has fought all over the shop. 5/2 for the KO.

Burns in his pomp was a better boxer than Figueroa, who basically has no defense. But obviously Burns is well on the slide - although his losses to Beltran and Crawford are hardly bad form. Think it's most likely Figueroa, who is pretty relentless, bashes him up to force a late stoppage (corner type ending). However, if there's still something left in Burns (training reports, for what they're worth, are strong) then he's 12/1 to win on PTS.

There is a monster behind that choirboy looking face of Omar's. I like Figueroa, his tough guy mentality makes for exciting fights. Part of that excitement comes from the knowledge that he doesn't think about defense, especially when the adrenalin starts flowing.
I'm always thinking, is this the time Omar gets KO'd or doesn't come up with enough to win.

McDonnell has his head way too far up front thus the knock down. Kameda gets his feet in a line. Being taller McDonnell has an angle for the right if he steps to his right.
