Thanks is present tense, while Thanked is past tense.

If I'm giving you "thanks" I'm doing it in the present tense. After I click the button, I have already given it to you so it becomes past tense, hence the usage of "thanked".

Rees was outclassed but considering Kotelniks amateur background, size and skills, Rees did better than I thought he would. In all honesty he is very lucky he was champion at all and I doubt he will be again, but he is a tough fighter with a lot of heart and determination so I wish him well. Kotelnik on the other hand has good skills but I dont see him being a major player in the future, though he may make a sucessful defence or two.

funny thing is so do i... but i know as soon as i do people will relate it to the old system and complain because they cant be cap'd on a 24 hours system piss easy to abuse and also want me to transfer there old cc count to the new thanks system some wont and want the CC's kept as there reps because they prefer that system and soooo on so it isnt an easy thing to just change even though i agree so for now they are called thanks until i can come up with a better name that isnt CC's ;)

even though i would prefer them to be called CC's :confused::confused::confused: ;)
