Why doesn't Ortega tell Berto to ref the next round and he will fight for him?

the ref is garbage, Berto is getting hit in the back of the head cause he keeps dipping down, he bitches about it then goes and does it himself, plus he all of the holding he should have gotten a couple points docked already
