It'd be a good fight because they are both actually middles fighting in the wrong division. Competitive fight with no power punches to KO the other man....unless Toney masters the art of nipple blasting...then Byrd's fwocked. ;D
nipple blasting? nothing would surprise me when it comes to james toney and his heaving man breasts.....as long as byrd develops a similar nipple blasting technique then the fight should remain fairly even.... :-\

The simple truth is that Byrd is not a true heavyweight. He's never beaten a true top heavyweight. Not faulting him for coming up and getting a title in a decimated division but he, like James Toney, is a bloated cruiserweight at best.
He should drop weight so he could dominate. Otherwise he's going to get KO'D again.

I want to say yes...but I'm just not sure that he can pace himself.
Since he came back from defeat he's fought two little guys & one power puncher that is about as skilled with his fists as my two year old is with a box of crayons.
I think that he can make a splash...but just not enough to make waves in the division.
