Re: Heavyweight Fight Schedule
title is a bit misleading as many are not that brutal or actually knock outs but here is a video of povetkins stoppage wins(up to wach, so duhaupass is missing).. Povetkin is just about finished now due to his age and drug test failures :S but i think the guy had some real talent too, a great amateur career(2 time euro champ, world champ and olympic goald medal), he never actually won a proper world title(just the wba lesser title) but I think he has been one of the leading heavyweights of recent times. Apparently he is back in july, I hope so!

Lewison was a no-show and has been replaced by Evgeny Orlov.
The story is that there were people waiting for Lewison at the airport in Tallinn but he didn't show up, apparently he didn't get a fight permit from the BBB of C.
Evgeny Orlov will arrive tonight from Moscow.

Re: Heavyweight Fight Schedule
Robert Helenius beat Evgeny Orlov today by RTD 6.
Carlos Takam defeated Ivica Bacurin by KO 2.

Re: Heavyweight Fight Schedule
afonin wins again, a decision against another often defeated euro journeyman.. dont think afonin looks too great, he dominated his last two fights but didnt seem to have the low level of competition in trouble, he is a bit short too.

Re: Heavyweight Fight Schedule
@Master povetkin is about to start now... doing the anthems, it is for minor wbo and wba belts, who knows maybe povetkin will be getting another title shot soon.

Re: Heavyweight Fight Schedule

Watching it now as there is a gap in fights. Very clear stream.

Re: Heavyweight Fight Schedule
Rudenko is complaining about getting hit on the neck in the 3rd round.

I think he will use it as a handy excuse to tap out mid rounds.. povetkin is pretty good at throwing the uppercut and puttting punches together, really doesnt like to move his head or jab much tohugh :S
