Well, I guess that I am one of the "newest" regular poster to say so. I used to look at this forum for a long time, only looking and reading and I finally decided to open an account and to interact with the saddo citizens over here.
My name is Mathieu, mostly and simply called Matt by most of my friends, will turn 32 in exactly 2 weeks, I finishing my Phd in political philosophy at the Luxembourg's University and perhaps to Freiburg Germany if the transfert works (should know about it within 2 weeks), I am from the East Coast of Canada, around Montreal more precisely, my main interests are reading, any strategy relevant games, boxing and history. I never climbed on a ring neither do I have any professional or amateur boxing background, I am just a boxing and mma lover in the soul but I used to practice Judo when I was younger. My favorite boxers of all time include boxers like Willie Pep, Mickey Ward, Roy Jones jr or Roberto Duran.
If you have any interrogations, feel free to ask.

Hi,
My name is Larry Fenster.
I don't have a tattoo on my head, own three baby mommas, bandana and gun, sell used playstaion games for a living, spend all day on the phone doing "buis," obsess over ladyboys or wear a poofy necklace.
I'm just your average forum bore. :)
This is an old old post, but i'm happy to add to it.
I'm Davo, 28, and what my girlfriend called me in the pub last night, a Saddo.... Ha.... I just picked up the cast iron legged pub table and smashed it over her head, continuing to eat my home made cheese & onion pie with chips and peas and sipping my fruity pale ale. She doesn't like boxing. But I do..... Here's to hoping after the table, she now understands that I like coming on here as its a top top place to learn about boxing from some great boxing minds.......
I also spend the rest of my time graphic designing some great stuff and on the odd occasion some total and utter shit, but thats clients for you.....
Take it easy.....
I don't post nearly as much as I should but I am on here regular I am 30 from Manchester and like Magic-man spend most of my time Graphic Designing although my stuff is always good
Not much else to add

My name is Michael Kane from Levittown PA in between Trenton NJ (5 mins) and Philadelphia PA (15 mins). I work for a chemical company and it does suck. I too have (had) an amatuer career and just lost that fire in the belly for it. I still go to the gym. Recently I've sparred with Chazz Witherspoon before his last fight in Mississippi also before his lone loss to Arreola. I've also sparred with two time heavyweight champion Tim Witherspoon before my last amatuer fight which was the day before Thanksgiving in 2008 also his son Tim Jr. Another was Tiger Allen who is brother's with Rock Allen and son of Nazeem Richardson. My old trainer was Kerry Judge who is a well known ex-fighter and promoter around Philadelphia.
My favorite fighter's are De La Hoya,Holyfield, Marquez, (Retired Fighters) Foreman, Frazier, Sugar Ray Robinson, Gatti R.I.P.
I now like to talk boxing with whomever and drink some good microbeers.
I'm Jay. I'm 35 and a techie in NYC. I used to box, kickbox (Muay Thai), and helped train on a volunteer basis but that was long ago. I still have a love for the fights and the fighters (too bad I cant say the same for the sport-- and all its politics). I can't pass a fight (whether it be boxing, kickboxing, MMA,hockey, you name it) without getting sucked in and breaking it down and going over strategies in my head. Its almost like a sickness. I've been here off and on for a few years now.
I'll be looking into some Kali (Inosanto Variety) and might be interested in some instruction soon. My favorite fighters are Roy Jones Jr. , Floyd Mayweather, JMM, Terry Norris, Mike Tyson, MAB, Kevin Kelley. Favorite Trainers were Lou Duva, Ronnie Shields, Cus D'amato, Freddie Roach (when he keeps his mouth shut).
I'm Stander. I live in New York city I grew up in Queens NYC and NJ.
I boxed at the Kingsway Boxing gym and a little at Mendez boxing both in New York City
My favorite heavyweight is Floyd Patterson. After that its probably Rocky Marciano or Jimmy Braddock. I was a big Joe Calzaghe fan until he retired. I love James Toney-the real James toney that is. Past boxers I like are Steve Collins, Chris Eubank, Gerald McClellan, Big George Foreman, Vito Antuofermo, Sean O'Grady, Barry mcGuigan, Wayne McCullough, Jose Torres, Dwight Muhammed Quawi, James scott...the list can go on and on
Probably said it before but I'll do it again.
My name is Ryan Lee. I'm 18 years old and from Liverpool, United Kingdom. Was born here and lived here all my life. I love boxing, music, Everton FC and raving it up in town of a weekend. My favourite fighters are David Haye and Ricky Hatton. The first fight that got my hooked into boxing was Joe Calzaghe v Jeff Lacy.
Currently on a gap year after just finishing and passing my A-Levels. Working part time in retail and also on a hospital placement in Accident & Emergency department. Going to University next year to do Paramedic Studies. I want to be a Paramedic in the future.
My favourite quote is, "There's enough time to sleep when your dead". And I live just by that. Hence its 1:30am here ;D
