I really do hate Italy (its the part where they become outraged when you ignore one of their players lying on the ground having an estrogen seizure that bugs me the most) and I really hate them for lucking into this absurdly easy group.

Keep in mind my perspective:
1: I'm American
2: I don't know wtf sunday league football is
3: I don't follow the sport really.
4: I'm at work, so it's much better than work.
That is all.

Was not expecting North Korea to be that solid defensively. They were quite unlucky to lose that one
Re: The Official World Cup 2010 Thread
Read this in the metro:-
The US are happy about one spill by the English, at least it was Green.
Re: The Official World Cup 2010 Thread
God the Norks are a strange bunch.....only a few have seen a cell phone or tv and all their fans are hired Chinese actors, WTF?

Brazil look very very strong, most teams would not have broken the North Koreans down.
Re: The Official World Cup 2010 Thread
I stopped watching when the fuckwits commenting felt obliged to say that Maicon might have meant it.
Pricks.
Didnt think Brazil were all that in what I saw.
Re: The Official World Cup 2010 Thread
Maicon defo meant it. That was a shot across the laces....fantastic goal
Re: The Official World Cup 2010 Thread
I mean there's no getting around it, this tournament has been at best mediocre so far. A lot of boring games, not many goals and of those goals I can think of at least three that were directly caused by awful goalkeeping.

Yep, pretty dull stuff so far... and lets not get started on those damn horns.
Fingers crossed Spain will take it up a notch tomorrow.
