Was impressed with Joshuas handspeed earlier!!
I diasgree about him being finished at world level. Vazquez and Abril arent really anything special and Vazquez in particular would be a 50-50 fight.
I had it 116-112 and i was being kind. Burns won 1 & 2 and i thought 3 & 9 were close so figured the judges gave them to Burns as figured anything close would go his way. Still dont buy the Crawford hype. He is lazy in spurts and his classy looking combos aint as accurate as Sky was making them out to be.
After 1 defense Bob will mention him as a viable Pacquiao opponent.
Lets see Burns rematch Beltran first ;)
He'll lose if he does and he'll lose again against Crawford.
He just seems to be getting worse every fight, for me the wheels still turning but the hamsters knackered;D
Again i disagree. He was never world class, juat pretty good. He's looked worse because his opposition has gotten better. On the plus side Crawford is the best he's fought and for me he looked better tonight than he did in his previous 2.
Exactly. Burns was never elite.. he always just got by barely..
Ricky lost but Crawford was as exciting as the biscuits, that carry his name to be honest the biscuits
would give me more pleasure, than watching him fight Crawfords lovely biscuits.
Re: Ricky Burns vs. Terence Crawford
Any boxer who travels to another country and takes a world title from the home fighter deserves respect.
Crawford didn't let the home crowd get to him, he kept his cool and outboxed the more experienced Burns, winning by a wide and clear margin so they couldn't give a gift decision to the home fighter.
Re: Ricky Burns vs. Terence Crawford
Joshua's fight was embarrassing, that guy did not even try.

The guy just met a youngster on the up and wanted make sure he was not too hurt, so he could fight another day.
Reminds me of Lewis/Dascola.
Dascola came into the bout having recently gone 11 rounds with a fighter (Michael Dokes), who had seen better days but still was considered a contender. But when Dascola tasted a bit of Lennox's punches, he soon found a comfortable place to lay down.
