I was in a London A&E on Friday night with a family member. It was a complete and utter fucking joke with the amount of piss heads, druggies and time wasters. In the four/five hours I was there it was packed to the rafters constanly (literally hundreds of people).

I heard a few English speakers.

I expect NYC and London are very similar for these things. I would have liked a big water cannon to clear out all the time wasters and brain-sizzled that seemed to be enjoying a night out at the hospital.

Indeed. They must be very similar. I fear we have it even worse by a smidgeon.

Last Friday 3 brazilians tried to barge their way to the front of an emergency room line in Brooklyn, one had blown off his thumb with a cherry bomb firecracker, the other two were drunks all 3 hanging out then the one got detained as his visa had expired 2011. My friends wife works there and told us one was a tranny and began spitting at the intake clerks and yelling in Portuguese. Cops took her down hard in the lobby and it was mayhem.

I was at A and E on a Friday and their were young children suffering but did not see piss heads but it was 9pm so too early for that lot.
