Then I guess you've got nothing to worry about.
So who won the debate last night Kirk?

There is something to worry about Lyle. What happens when the arrests don't happen and you have all these furiously angry heavily armed nutters who are convinced the deep state has won yet again:
A man in Arizona has pleaded guilty to terrorism charges stemming from a June 2018 incident in which he created a barricade with an armored vehicle at the Hoover Dam, apparently in support of the far-right QAnon movement.
Matthew Wright, 32, pleaded guilty on Feb. 4 to making a terroristic threat, aggravated assault and unlawful flight from pursuing law enforcement vehicle.

Wright, armed with a rifle in a black armored truck, blocked the Mike O'Callaghan-Pat Tillman Bridge over the Colorado River at the Hoover Dam, where the Arizona and Nevada state lines meet. According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, when authorities arrived Wright was standing next to the vehicle with a sign that read, "Release the OIG report," known as a prominent demand of QAnon followers.

That's from a few days ago.
That last sentence would be hilarious if this wasn't so serious. That was about five or six reports ago and every one was going to be the one that started off the mass arrests. These are dangerous deluded morons and there are a lot of them. Eventually somebody is going to get killed.
I have no idea who won the debate Lyle. I haven't watched one minute of the 2020 campaign on either side.
Who knew it would be Trump of all people who put that corrupt charlatan Edwin Edwards back in the local news. Blago tried to shake down a children's Hospital ffs. He's the poster boy of political corruption. Doing swan dives into that swamp...ker-plunk. Crazy days.

Former DIA Employee Pleads Guilty to Leaking Classified National Defense Information to Journalists
https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/forme...on-journalists
An employee of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) pleaded guilty today to charges related to his disclosure of classified national defense information (NDI) to two journalists in 2018 and 2019.
“Frese violated the trust placed in him by the American people when he disclosed sensitive national security information for personal gain,” said Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers. “He alerted our country’s adversaries to sensitive national defense information, putting the nation’s security at risk. The government takes these breaches seriously and will use all the resources at our disposal to apprehend and prosecute those who jeopardize the safety of this country and its citizens.”
“Henry Kyle Frese was entrusted with Top Secret information related to the national defense of our country,” said G. Zachary Terwilliger, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia. “Frese violated that trust, the oath he swore to uphold, and engaged in felonious conduct at the expense of our country. This case should serve as a clear reminder to all of those similarly entrusted with National Defense Information that unilaterally disclosing such information for personal gain, or that of others, is not selfless or heroic, it is criminal.”
Shit Tesla was buying those five g chips from China that were found to have backdoors giving China access to driving habits, facial recognition and all other communication. Shit China sold product to the US with hardware hacks, not just software, it’s the holy grail of hacks I put up a link to it here a while ago I’m sure you read about it.
So Trump has fored the Director of National Intelligence because he informed congress that Putin was trying to help Trump again in the 2020 election. The new DNI is a Trump loyalist who has no intelligence experience whatsoever. Trump is now going through the government firing anybody who is perceived as having a duty to the Constitution rather than loyalty to Trump:

meaning the country is going to be run by a bunch of unqualified clueless yes men. What could go wrong?
How would my government respond if this virus spread across my country?” For the United States, the answers are especially worrying because the government has intentionally rendered itself incapable. In 2018, the Trump administration fired the government’s entire pandemic response chain of command, including the White House management infrastructure. In numerous phone calls and emails with key agencies across the U.S. government, the only consistent response I encountered was distressed confusion. If the United States still has a clear chain of command for pandemic response, the White House urgently needs to clarify what it is—not just for the public but for the government itself, which largely finds itself in the dark.

Historically the American government used to have a bipartisan policy of putting suitably qualified people in the top jobs whichever party held the White House. The only qualification now is loyalty to the cult leader.
Trump fired his DNI because the DNI went to congress and told them there was another attempt by the Russians to interfere in the election coming up:
If reporting is accurate, the president purged his intelligence chief because Congress was informed of a foreign effort to help him politically. How is that not a massive scandal?
He then hired this guy, a man with zero intelligence background, as the new DNI: Richard Grenell, Trump's new spy chief, did not disclose payments for advocacy work on behalf of a Moldovan politician whom the U.S. later accused of corruption, ProPublica reports. His own office's policy says that could leave him vulnerable to blackmail. https://twitter.com/kylegriffin1/sta...79310544195590

Not sure how accurate the cleaning house of pandemic responders is but there's no doubt the Administration is making it up on the fly. They had a conference apparently but nothing made public which makes you wonder. Seems more focus on the back to back hit to the markets with Larry Kudlow out there this morning and priorities askew. I don't have much faith in a collective readiness to deal with any major crisis being honest. Was talking about it with people and in the States it would be an absolute clusterfeck trying to implement the tactics and exercises we've seen in China. Forced restraint on travel local and National and neighborhood lockdowns? Yeh good luck with that.
Oh is THAT so?
Big IF right there. And isn't it impressive how Russia a decades long foe never interfered in elections before but NOW they do it all the time and no race is too small, no candidate is too small....Jill Stein? Tulsi Gabbard? Seems to me like anyone not helping DNC Inc and Establishment Hillary is also a Russian sleeper agent....odd how that seems to be the case.
Oooh Moldova has the goods on him eh? Well I doubt he lasts long then. The name I'm paying attention to isn't Grenell it's Patel.
Some bits from that article:
In 2018, the Trump administration fired the government’s entire pandemic response chain of command, including the White House management infrastructure.
They haven't been replaced yet. Trump fired thembecause it was an Obama initiative that worked well:
In the spring of 2018, the White House pushed Congress to cut funding for Obama-era disease security programs, proposing to eliminate $252 million in previously committed resources for rebuilding health systems in Ebola-ravaged Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Guinea. Under fire from both sides of the aisle, President Donald Trump dropped the proposal to eliminate Ebola funds a month later. But other White House efforts included reducing $15 billion in national health spending and cutting the global disease-fighting operational budgets of the CDC, NSC, DHS, and HHS. And the government’s $30 million Complex Crises Fund was eliminated.
In May 2018, Trump ordered the NSC’s entire global health security unit shut down, calling for reassignment of Rear Adm. Timothy Ziemer and dissolution of his team inside the agency. The month before, then-White House National Security Advisor John Bolton pressured Ziemer’s DHS counterpart, Tom Bossert, to resign along with his team. Neither the NSC nor DHS epidemic teams have been replaced. The global health section of the CDC was so drastically cut in 2018 that much of its staff was laid off and the number of countries it was working in was reduced from 49 to merely 10. Meanwhile, throughout 2018, the U.S. Agency for International Development and its director, Mark Green, came repeatedly under fire from both the White House and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. And though Congress has so far managed to block Trump administration plans to cut the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps by 40 percent, the disease-fighting cadres have steadily eroded as retiring officers go unreplaced.
Public health advocates have been ringing alarm bells to no avail. Klain has been warning for two years that the United States was in grave danger should a pandemic emerge. In 2017 and 2018, the philanthropist billionaire Bill Gates met repeatedly with Bolton and his predecessor, H.R. McMaster, warning that ongoing cuts to the global health disease infrastructure would render the United States vulnerable to, as he put it, the “significant probability of a large and lethal modern-day pandemic occurring in our lifetimes.” And an independent, bipartisan panel formed by the Center for Strategic and International Studies concluded that lack of preparedness was so acute in the Trump administration that the “United States must either pay now and gain protection and security or wait for the next epidemic and pay a much greater price in human and economic costs.”
Every article I've read so far says that Trump is enraged by the media coverage ans is desperately trying to prop the stock market up/is worried about how this will affect his reelection chances.
Here's what I haven't read. Anything you'd expect to happen under a competent administration. Maybe you'd read an article about how Trump was holding meetings with the relevant agencies to decide who was responsible for what, which agencies were going to do which jobs, devising a plan of action, coordination federal/state/local responses and so on. If I read something like that about anything the Trump administration does it would be a first. There is none of this. There are a bunch of yes men directing chaos and hoping that Trump doesn't see anything on cable news that will cause him to sack them.
And Larry Kudlow. FFs. The man has a track record of wrongness second to none. He's spent decades just parroting the party line for a living. Just google Larry Kudlow always wrong. And they sent that idiot out to opine on a fucking medical emergency. I rest my case.
Russia has done its best to interfere with every American presidential election.
https://www.politico.com/magazine/st...ference-229884
What's new about Trump is that previous people didn't have anything to do with the Russians. Russia, if you're listening...........
This new guy is just a temporary person. Trump is looking for somebody permanent. Maybe Patel gets it or his boss. It'll be some toady who will do exactly what Trump wants either way.
Which will be as you said TOTALLY different than say oooooh I don't know Obama with Brennan and Clapper and Comey and Holder......AMAZING how it's wrong for the President to be surrounded with people he trusts NOW vs previously.
Looking forward to 4 more years Kirk?
All of those intelligence/law enforcement people were eminently qualified for their jobs. Trump currently has a completely unqualified Director of National Intelligence, a Raytheon lobbyist running the Defence department (who replaced another defense industry lobbyist who got the boot for pushing to buy his former employer's products), a coal insutry lobbyist running Interior, an oil and gas lobbyist running Energy, a bunch of bank lobbyists running the financial regulators, Larry Kudlow running the coronavirus response and so on and so on.
History will show how well those highly qualified people used their positions.
Federal health employees interacted with Americans quarantined for possible exposure to the coronavirus without proper medical training or protective gear, then scattered into the general population, according to a government whistle-blower who lawmakers say faced retaliation for reporting concerns. The team was “improperly deployed” to two military bases in California to assist the processing of Americans who had been evacuated from coronavirus hot zones in China and elsewhere, according to a portion of a narrative account shared with Congress and obtained by The New York Times ahead of a formal complaint to the Office of the Special Counsel, an independent government agency that handles federal whistle-blower complaints.
Staff members from the Department of Health and Human Services’ Administration for Children and Families were sent to Travis Air Force Base and March Air Reserve Base in late January and early February and were ordered to enter quarantined areas, including a hangar where coronavirus evacuees were being received, the complaint said. They were not provided safety-protocol training until five days into their assignment, said the whistle-blower, who is described as a senior leader at the health agency.
Without proper training or equipment, some of the exposed staff members moved freely around and off the bases, with at least one person staying in a nearby hotel and leaving California on a commercial flight. Many were unaware of the need to test their temperatures three times a day.

The account surfaced as President Trump seeks to play down the danger of a domestic coronavirus outbreak amid bipartisan concern about a sluggish and disjointed response by the administration to an illness that public health officials have said is likely to spread across the United States. The first American case of coronavirus in a patient with no known contact with hot zones or other coronavirus patients emerged this week near Travis Air Force Base.
The complaint raised questions about whether the Trump administration had taken adequate precautions in its handling of the virus, and whether Mr. Trump’s minimization of the risks had been mirrored by other top officials when confronted with potentially disturbing developments.

Stock futures are looking interesting this morning. Carnage on the Asian exchanges. I have to say more excellent advice last Monday from Larry Kudlow to buy the dip. I wonder what he's got to say today about the coronavirus.
Good pick Kirk. The media is considering calling this “the trump virus”. Maybe the “trump Putin Ukraine flu” it is definitely trumps fault. Asking for a billion for vaccine research, horrible, like Nancy said nowhere near enough and when he said congress should handle it she said it shows he doesn’t care. That news article is just more scare bullshit. Not one of those workers has tested positive. Probably two of them forgot to wear gloves and the media makes it a crisis so people like you can eat it up. What’s the mortality rate? How many people died? How many died of the common flu going around. The regular flu we deal with every year is much worse. I’m not making light of this thing, it’s terrible but it’ll fizzle out. Ebola was supposed to kill us all, sars was supposed to kill us all. Zika was going to wipe us all out. Mad cow disease was going to lead to the eradication of all cows on the planet which would have been horrible as my cat lives it when I give her a piece of my steak
Trump's and God's #1 enemy, the satanic multi-billionaire George Soros.
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/ESAe8N_U...jpg&name=large
Soros is evil in that he hates nation states and the notion of national sovereignty and homogeneity. These are cornerstones of societal stability and he seeks to undermine them. That is pretty evil. Plus you are against austerity, so Soros purposely betting against the UK and making fortunes to then spend that money on further destroying the social fabric of nations is if not evil very unsound.
I don’t know if you guys have contact with many Albanians. We have a shitload in a city about 40 minutes from me so I’ve become friends with quite a few. If you do have contact with Albanians, ask them about George Soros. The hatred for Soros runs deep in Albania
Your concept of evil is utterly fucked up. You like El Kabong and your other far right mates just repeat what the antisemitic globalists tell you to. The Daily Mail and Paul Dacre is not the UK and neither Is Murdoch and the Sun, and yet you both repeat word for word the crap propaganda these MSM giants spout and then stand there hand on hips pretending that you have some kind of independent objectivity. It's embarrassing.
https://www.theguardian.com/business...l-owner-shares
You will not read it (link below) because for quite some time now you have become a very rabid idealogue wedded to the corporate led globalist ideaology behind Netanyahu, the far right MSM and the desire to annihilate the things that make Britain great. It is very sad how you have morphed into Bilbo in order to justify your increasingly laughable and polarised lectures of hate. More than willing to throw fellow Brits and the Palestinians under a bus, it as should come as no surprise that you have never hesitated to crush your own moral compass underfoot, if it means like El Kabong you in your own now very reduced brain, win an Internet argument.
https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article...rban-netanyahu
But I hate Netanyahu and want a Palestinian state based on pre occupied lands.
I do consider Soros evil and a menace to nation states. I would ban all NGO's involved with the man and any others not connected who affect nation states to their detriment.
My thinking is kind of ordinary and if you look at polls most agree with me on borders. Soros is against the will of the people of nation states.
Oh a Buzzfeed article. Tell us Beaz, what was your reaction? Did you find the article LOL, OMG, Trashy, Fail, WTF, or Cute? :biglaugh:
George Soros ain't the head honcho (I don't believe) but he certainly does want to end the nation state and I for one am against that. Seems to me you'd have at least a smidgen of contempt for a guy whose claim to fame was "breaking the British pound"....You MR. British, Mr. Most British of all the British where's YOUR moral compass? You come to the defense of someone who broke your currency and wanted to end your nation....END YOUR NATION! And you want to tell ME and others about how British you are? Is it British to be suicidal?
You're a fool Beanz and you're defending an extremely wealthy (thought that was bad in your eyes?) person who wants to erase all borders completely forever....of besides the borders at his residences of course. Oh and in WW2 he would have gladly with a SMILE ON HIS FACE turned any of your people be they Romani or Jewish over to the actual real life Nazis and not the "Nazis" you've dreamed up in your mind.
