Had to feel for Mexico, they put up a great effort. As soon as the ball arrived at Rodriguez he was only ever going to do one thing, simply unstoppable, one of those where you know its in as soon as its left your boot.

I have a stupid question I was hoping someone here can answer, since I'm an American and don't know sh!t about soccer. How do you know when the game is gonna end? Since it doesn't end right on the 90 minute mark. When it hit's the 90 minute mark they still have extra time.

The game is ninety mins but the clock is stopped for injuries etc. An offical hold up a board with a couple of mins to go to say how many extra mins are added.
Also if score is level after 90 mins there are 2 extra periods of 15 mins each , bit like your overtime!!
