He didn't say "SHORT" AS IN HIS HEIGHT...He said Toney had a naturally "Small Body" which is referring to his entire body composition not his "HEIGHT"... Hope that Helps since you are having trouble translating and interpreting the English language

No he didn't.
If you knew any more about social history than you knew about boxing, you would know that he complained of inequality and actually mobilised people to try and put in right in a peaceful way. Black and White was the most obvious starting point for him, but he also spoke up against exploitation of poor white people, uneducated people and religious freedoms.
