I fell asleep but i just read the result 2 rounds ? wow that is mighty impressive. I always thought Nonito Donaire was very talented, but i did think his ranking was well overrated. But tonight he's shown why he's one of the top boxer's in the world.
And full props to him, when Manny Pacquiao retires. Filipino's will have a new star, which is pretty rare one after another.
I missed the first round, but that was a great performance by Donaire. He looks like he's going to fulfill all the hype and expectations placed on him. I really think he has the tools to be considered the best fighter in the game one day.
Wow! mad respect to Nonito...
Imagine if he had not wasted all that time after the Vic fight where he would be now?

Great win for Donaire. The problem with Donaire was never his talent. Or race. It was his lack of competition. But after destroying the number 1 fighter he took care of that problem. It was a great hook that look almost looked like a temple shot. Montiel never saw it coming. Hopefully Donaire stays around for the winner of Mares-Abgeko. Montiel? Move up and try for his 4th title. Than call it quits.

Dissapointed fight was over so quick but oh well. Props to donaire he finally deserves his high p4p ranking, and props to montiel to gettin up and attempting to go on.
