I had Demarco up 2 rounds to 1 after 3, gave him the 1st and 3rd. But, then he threw it all away and Broner started opening up and dominated.

Demarco got sucked into an incredibly stupid macho inside fight with Broner and ate uppercut after uppercut.

Tough and courageous as all hell, but outsmarted and outclassed down the stretch.

Was doing good on the outside with straight left hands and some jabs, then goes inside with the shorter, faster fighter....:-\

Broner is no Mayweather. Floyd, at that age, was a much better defensive fighter...just a better skill set period. But Broner is brash...HBO and company enjoy having a Floyd copy cat in the wings. I am still not a 100% sold on this kid...and i don't say that because of his idiotic antics. Just still way to early to know if he is going to be a great champ.

Was very impressed with Broner, and a touch disappointed with DeMarco. Great performance though. Broner did some great work on the inside and just smashed DeMarco up and constantly beat him to the punch and even caught him inbetween too.

As much as I don't like Broner the idiot, If I were him I wouldn't waste any more time at lightweight than that fight. I'd move straight to 140 and get in the mix.

Just rewatched. Broner was purposly toned down in pre showm especially that interview with Merchant prior. Almost humble and sedate. "Where I come from looking up to a man is cool...but trying to straight out be that man, that ain't cool". He fought a solid fight and should move to 140 right away. I gave DeMarco one round and can say nothing for him but he fought a wrong fight and took a thorough thumping.

I wasn't impressed with his defense really, bit stiff and does wait on the inside looking to rip off counters. His constant facial expression, eyebrow raising etc are annoying as shit lol.

Just paste the URL in Upload Signature Picture, that should work, either that or copy the Gif to your computer, then browse, and put in your sig that way.

Speed kills. DeMarco isn't skilled enough to time someone like Broner either. It was a good foray into the lightweight rankings for Broner. However, I still would like to see him clean house before moving up, unless there is a lucrative fight at junior welterweight.
