All American teams are on the same side of the draw (save for Colombia who still has to play tomorrow). Which means there's zero chance two American countries could end up playing each other in the final.

Yes, but you have no idea what it is like. This entire year I have been sleep deprived because of noise, then they stay up until 2am and scream when a goal is scored at 1or 2am whenever it was on a WEEKDAY. We live in these shitty apartments and nobody gives a hoot about anybody else. It is so frustrating. I would like to cheer them on but it just encourages them so I find myself rooting against them just to get some sleep. It really affects the quality of my life. Yesterday I was feeling on top of the world, I had a great meal out, I had all my marking done and then the bastards decided to put their TV on so loud I could hear it at 1am in the morning and some other fucker screamed. I mean what the heck is that? I was ready to murder someone, so instead took a load of Elvis style concoctions to knock myself out and still I was up at 6:30. I feel like crap!

England v Belgium is a strange match as no one wants to win and I can see if England are drawing at 90 minutes they score an own goal or give away a couple of fouls and get yellow cards to come second.

Miles we get it. You hate football, despise the English, don't understand why Germany going out of the world cup means anything and begrudge even the massive underdog that is South Korea who gave you a home, a career, a wife and a second chance celebrating knocking out the world cup holders.

Not liking the fact finishing second in our group looks better on paper for the draw.

You should always keep the winning momentum going but it's a tough one
