He is scheduled for June 7. They are trying to get a top ten Ring HW.
Vyacheslav Glazkov is in negotiations with Povetkin's management for the June 7 fight.

I like Povetkin in this matchup. If I was one of Glazkov's advisers I'd steer clear of Povetkin. I don't like that matchup for Czar at all.

i am a povetkin fan so i think your right and povetkin would own him but it depends on the czars mentality, it could be a very good experience for him, he would go in as the underdog and povetkin isnt a ko specialist so it would test his skill for sure.. I hope this fight gets made(although whoever wins isnt going to get any credit for the victory) and if glazkov loses then he learns alot from it and comes back better

I agree. Glazkov should go the IBF instead of the WBA route and fight someone else.
At IBF #2 after beating Adamek, he's just one win away from being the next IBF mandatory after Pulev. If he loses to Povetkin, which he probably would, he'll lose that opportunity.

Looks like Povetkin-Glazkov isn't happening. I've heard rumors of a possible Povetkin-Charr match.
Re: Heavyweight Fight Schedule
povetkin charr would be fairly fun, it would be a good comeback fight for povetkin, hopefully they get him back in the ring soon.
Re: Heavyweight Fight Schedule
If stiverne wins then I am pretty sure his first defence will be against haye, that might be an interesting fight.. I think stiverne is going to beat arreola the same way he did in the first fight...

Haha, Stiverne Arreola will be good, i think it will be otherwise that that's ok.
Anyway that's funny, you think Haye will decide to step in opportunistically at that moment to slide in the backdoor again for a title shot?? LOL I would not be surprised if that was on the money.
Haye is a cheeky fuckin bastard like that!

Haye is in with don king or he certainly was when he got his wba title shot and stiverne is pretty much owned by king now, so I think it is a lot more possible than it sounds.

wladimir lepai is ppv is australia... poor aussies they are about to be scammed...It would be better for klitschko if it was on free tv other, would build a bigger fan base, unless he does a povetkin showing and when lepai does crap the aussie wont have a bad taste in their mouths from paying for this..

He is only free in Germany. Over here no one wanted the fight so it is on Eurosport, they never show live world class boxing.
