I watched Crank2 a couple of days ago and i have to say its one of the wackiest and weirdest films i've seen.I did watch all of the Crank1,but i got to understand the plot.Number 2 just takes off were number one finishes, the director of the movie must have been high as a kite making this film, its wacky!!!

Watched Bedtime Stories with Adam Sandler last night. I thought it was a pretty good family movie.
I think I'm gonna check out Star Trek next weekend.

re: last movie you watched (Flag Up SPOILERS)
Finally got a chance to watch "The Wrestler" I been wanting to see it for awhile. I thought it was a pretty good flick, for me it lived up to the hype, Mickey Rourke was unbelievable in that movie I'm sure his acting career is back on the rise.
Anyone know if the wrestler portrayed in the movie was based off a real life wrestler if so who?

I've gotten back on the Movie kick lately, I think because its been raining like crazy for the past 3 days. I watched Marley and Me last night I'm not gonna lie I actually shed a tear during that one, and I never cry during movies.
Also watched Yes Man. thought it was pretty good, but it reminded me allot of Liar Liar.

It was a cracking film, there are many hilarious scenes in the film, the one where his girlfriend asks him to look at the photos and Vinny only sees in the picture dog shit and sarcastically rants at her that she has cracked the case for finding dog shit in the picture was funny. ;D

re: last movie you watched (Flag Up SPOILERS)
Marisa Tomei is a fine looking woman, she definitely made that film worth watching.
I just watched this :
Movies Eyes: Leben der Anderen, Das (The Lives of Others) (2006)
It's a German movie about living under Stasi surveillance in East germany. I hardly ever watch films but I got given the DVD at Christmas and ended up watching it a couple of days ago. It's really good, it actually tells a good story, and it's set against the glamourous and exotic backgrounds of 1980s East Germany. What more could you want?
Here's the first ten minutes :

I watched that on the plane back from Vegas & actually quite enjoyed it, although part of that might be because I was expecting it to be complete shit. Would probably give it 7/10 being objective.
Last films I watched were 88 Minutes with Al Pacino (as in he was in it, not sitting on the couch with me) which was alright, a decent enough thriller which I would raise a mark for having THE buffest ginger girl I have ever seen in it.
Watched Transporter 3 before that, which was a load of incoherent shit. I liked the first one but the series has completely lost any credibility. I do not want to see The Statham in another one. Wouldn't mind a Death Race 2 where he beats Tyrese to death though ;D

re: last movie you watched (Flag Up SPOILERS)
I watched some stupid film called Evan Almighty because I had nothing else to watch. It was a bit pointless and not very funny at all. Some wannabe Noah bollocks. In fact, I think it was so bad it may have caused stress which resulted in me not actually sleeping at all last night. I also watched an early Hitchcock film before that called The Lodger. It's a film that I have always liked. I really like watching classic black and white films.

Watched the Goonies a few days ago as it was on t.v.Great fun film that brought all of my youth days flooding back.;)

re: last movie you watched (Flag Up SPOILERS)
I remember watching that in the cinema when we were all skiving school using the teachers strike as an excuse. Brings back happy memories, it was a good laugh. Must have watched Back to the future about 10 times too. ;D

:D
i wsatched a film called the lodger a few wks back but dunno if it was a remake but it was utter shite, was a modern day copycat killer of jack the ripper, it was really stupid & the cops were thick as shit in it
also watched Pearl harbor, as was on tv the other night, now this film gets slated but i love it, the effects & the japenese attack are fkin awesome, never seen better effects in any other film, & they used proper planes not loads of all this CGI bollocks (well sum CGI). plus got the most goegeous woman in the world in it kate beckinsale, now historically it is bollocks, but forget that & just watch it.

re: last movie you watched (Flag Up SPOILERS)
Last night on TV I watched "Awakenings", starring Robin Williams and Robert Deniro. I've seen it a few times. It's a great flick, which you can pretty much expect from anything that stars deNiro and Williams.
Williams is an amazing actor, very versatile, and I think that maybe a lot of people don't realize just how good he is in dramatic roles.

What did you think of "The Toy"? I thought it was a great flick. Both Gleason and Pryor were really talented guys.
Steve Martin I got tired of real fast. Something about watching people act like goofballs really bores me. I never liked Jim Carrey much for the same reason. No accounting for taste I guess.

Man i've love The Toy since I was a kid.
Not a big fan of Martin per say but I could watch The Jerk anytime. It's just funny really the 1st 20 minutes or so when he is living with the Black family and thinks he's really part of their family; and when he realizes he's adopted he says "so I'm going to stay this color?" LOLOLOL....

I watched the Jerk a few times when I was growing up, I thought it was funny back then. I haven't seen it in awhile though.
I like the part when he was signing in tub and he gets out and grabs his dog to cover himself up with to chase after his girl.

re: last movie you watched (Flag Up SPOILERS)
I saw Terminator Salvation last Friday. There's enough action to keep you interested for the 2 hours that the movie runs. Everything follows the whole Terminator plot. They had a CG Ah'nold in there and I'd be damned if he didn't look better than the original. ;D It looked like he was ready to get on stage for Mr. Olympia. Everything else was fun, Christian Bale gave a solid showing, and more surprising was Sam Worthington's spectacular performance which made the movie so entertaining. Definitely worth the watch. :)
